We now accept online payments through PayPal (follow the link in our online registration form). You do not need a PayPal account to pay online. You may pay with a debit card, credit card, or Venmo. If you prefer, you may complete your registration by mailing your class fees to the address below.

ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES
Bootcamp - AM Fitness 
Tu/Th from 5:45-6:30am (ongoing)
Online Instr: Cassie McKenzie
FEE: $45/10-class punch card (good for 3 mo.) or $5/class
This bootcamp-style class will include circuit training and Tabata workouts using body weight and dumbbells. Each class will include a mix of cardio, strength training, and core exercises. All exercises can be modified from high to low intensity to accommodate all fitness levels. The class will end with a 5-minute ab/core workout. You will need an exercise mat, light free weights, and a water bottle. A Google Meet link will be sent after registration is complete. If you cannot attend the live class, a class recording will be available.

FEE: $20 (FCPA annual membership - Apr. 1 through Mar. 31)
Pickleball is here to stay and can be enjoyed by all ages! Enjoy indoor pickleball throughout the school year. Annual membership includes organized community playtime, use of pickleball equipment including the Slinger pickleball machine, and the gym. The playing schedule will be updated on the Playtime Scheduler App. Give it a try! Your first visit to the gym is free! FCPA meets at the Outdoor Village Courts during the summer months. Health & Wellness Meetings

Achieve your fitness, health, and weight loss goals! Weekly meetings are designed to support you in reaching your health objectives. Begin with a private weigh-in at 5:15pm (bring a small spiral notebook to keep track of your progress each week). Then join the discussion on weight loss strategies and health goals & fitness goals.

“Wow, you have a great voice!” How many times have you heard that? Or maybe you listen to your favorite audiobooks, commercials, or cartoon characters and think, “I could do that!” Want to earn income using your talents from the comfort of your home? Explore the growing remote voiceover industry with your instructor, a professional working voice actor from Voices For All. Discover the current trends in the industry and how easy and affordable it can be to learn, set up, and work from home. You’ll learn about different types of voiceovers and the tools you will need to find success. Your instructor will take notes as you read a real script in this one-on-one video chat setting and offer coaching to improve your delivery. What does it take to grow a blueberry patch? Visit Frederic’s Rocky Ridge Blueberry Farm and learn the steps required to grow delicious blueberries. Topics covered include location, soil requirements, planting, fertilizing, pruning and care, diseases, pests, and harvest.
Cooking with Wild Foods

Are you interested in learning more about wild foods? Come and learn how to use some common backyard ‘weeds’ to make delicious, super-nutritious dishes for your family. No hiking or mosquito spray is required! Tanna will bring a selection of freshly harvested wild foods to work with. This fun, interactive class will include plant identification, group cooking/food preparation, and a satisfying wild food dish to enjoy. Handouts will be provided. It’s guaranteed a night filled with tasty adventures and great company!
