Now Hiring: Part-Time Child Care Provider (29 ¾ Hours/Week)

Roots & Branches is a full-service community child care center located within Frederic Elementary School. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, serving children from 8 weeks to 10 years of age.

The Frederic School District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Child Care Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have training and experience in early childhood education and a genuine passion for working with children.

Position Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and caring for children ages 8 weeks to 10 years
Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities
Communicating effectively with staff and families
Collaborating with team members to ensure a safe, nurturing environment

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Passionate about early learning and child development
Patient, creative, and flexible
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to providing high-quality care
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities

The Frederic School District is continuously accepting applications for PK-12 certified Substitute Teachers.
 
Qualifications: Appropriate licensure from the Wisconsin Department of Instruction. Applicants will also be required to pass a background check.

The Frederic School District serves approximately 400 students in Northwest Wisconsin.  Every classroom within the District has been remodeled to meet the needs of today's learners.  The District possesses a robust technology infrastructure, allowing for the continuous infusion of technology for our students and staff.  With its passionate staff, evolving programs, community support, and highly competitive salary, Frederic School District remains a leader in the region.
