Greetings. My name is Mrs. Mattson, and I am excited to be teaching at Frederic School District. I have been teaching music for over 15 years in public schools and really enjoy working with the students at all age levels.

I have been actively involved in music as long as I can remember. Graduating from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Music Education, I have taught music to ages birth to adults. Outside of school, I've sung with the Arrowhead Chorale in Duluth, MN, performed at the Red Barn Theater outside of Rice Lake, and most recently, have performed with the Woodland Chorale. When not involved in music, I enjoy cross-country skiing, fishing, hiking, reading, cooking and baking, and watching my family grow. Go Frederic!
