Hello! My name is Mike Barr and I am the Frederic middle school science teacher! I grew up in Elkhorn WI, but was born in Illinois. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a degree in education. I have lived in Japan for a year, so you may hear my students call me Barr san. After living up here in Frederic a couple of years, my mom moved up and is now the owner of the Barrel House here in town! During the summers I work there and help my family out. When not in school, I enjoy Geocaching, playing video games, and playing DnD with some of the other teachers! I enjoy teaching middle school and love talking about science!
